Important Shipping Information to Remember
To prevent any possible confusion or delays in processing and/or shipping your order, we suggest that you read over and familiarize yourself with our simple shipping policies. Here are a few important things to remember:
The carriers we use are UPS and US Postal Service (USPS) for orders in the United States and Canada. Outside of the United States or Canada, you will have the option of several shipping options with the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Please note if you select free shipping for an order within the US or Canada, the carrier that gets the product to the customer at the cheapest rate will be the carrier we choose. If you would like a specific carrier, then please select this option at checkout.
Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays observed by UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS) such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders may arrive as late as 7pm local time Monday through Friday.
Sometimes the availability of the items may change while we are processing your order. Because we understand that fast delivery of your swimming products is very important to you and your child, we sometimes will ship what is available for your order from our warehouse now and back order any remaining items. Some products may be delivered directly from our vendors directly. These notifications will be made on your account and you can view your account at anytime to view the status of your order.
UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) reserves the right to require a signature for the delivery of certain packages. Once a signature required is deemed necessary and placed on a package, we are unable to change or remove the signature requirement.
When calculating shipping times do not count the processing day, weekends or holidays. Shipping times start the day after the processing day.
Due to the large volume of orders, an order placed after 12pm (CST) are not always processed the same day unless noted in the comments section that you would like UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.
To prevent a delay with your order, please ensure the shipping address and billing address are listed correctly and are listed with your credit card company for credit verification. Also please inform us if there are any special delivery situations that may delay your order, such as your address is a remote location or a certain carrier can not delivery to your address.
Please understand that once an order has left our building, the shipping method can not be changed. Any orders that are lost or not delivered are the responsibility of the delivery carrier. For any lost or damaged orders, you need to file a claim with the carrier. No action will be done on our part until the carrier has made a decision as to how to handle each situation.
If your order is shipping to Canada via UPS, please read below:
“Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.”
What is the shipping cost and delivery time for the continental United States?
There are several shipping options at checkout to choose from and you can decide when you want to receive your package. Plus choose free shipping for any order over $49 (some exclusions apply).
What is the shipping cost and delivery time for APO/FPO addresses?
US Postal Service (USPS) is the only delivery method. Because of the hard work and dedication you do for this country, your shipping is free on orders over $49. We can not guarantee delivery times as it depends on the military to delivery promptly. Please order early and allow 2-3 weeks for delivery because of the high security measures in place by the military. We can only guarantee delivery to the military and are not responsible for packages lost by the military's postal service.
What are the shipping costs and delivery time for international orders?
Orders that ship to an address outside of the United States and Canada do not qualify for free shipping. We do offer competitive shipping rates for orders outside of these two countries. We do also suggest using a freight forwarder such as Bongo International https://bongous.com or MyUS.com that would give you an option for a US address.
What if I have a bulk order and my order is shipped in multiple boxes?
We will have to contact you for your permission to charge for the extra boxes on your shipment. Free shipping applies to non bulk orders. If you select your shipment to arrive via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and your order contains multiple boxes, we will contact you with the additional shipping charges prior to your order being shipped.
The estimated shipping time for international orders depends on the shipping option that you select once you receive your shipping quote. Please note orders shipping to international destinations will go through a customs process which may slow the delivery of your order. We have no control over this process. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for rules and regulations and estimated time frame this process takes. The shipping time frame is an "estimated time frame".

Insurance is offered on International orders, but an indication must be stated in the comments section. We will then e-mail you the insurance options for your order.
Depending on the delivery method you have selected, your package may not be trackable or include a tracking number. (This method is first class mail). If a package is shipped this method, All American Swim Supply is not responsible if this package is lost. Insurance can be purchased for your order. Please indicate in the comments section that you would like insurance and we will e-mail you back your quote.
Due to certain licensing restrictions, All American Swim Supply may not be able to ship certain products outside of North America.
