Important Shipping Information to Remember

The carriers we use are UPS and US Postal Service (USPS) for orders in the United States.  US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS for all orders outside of the United States.  What determines the carrier is which ever carrier gets the product to the customer at the cheapest rates to keep our shipping rates at a low rate.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays observed by UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS) such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.  Orders may arrive as late as 7pm local time Monday through Friday.

Sometimes the availability of the items may change while we are processing your order. Because we understand that fast delivery of your swimming products is very important to you and your child, we sometimes will ship what is available for your order from our warehouse now and back order any remaining items.  Some products may be delivered directly from our vendors directly.

UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) reserves the right to require a signature for the delivery of certain packages.  Once a signature required is deemed necessary and placed on a package, we are unable to change or remove the signature requirement. 

When calculating shipping times do not count the processing day, weekends or holidays.  Shipping times start the day after the processing day. 

Due to the large volume of orders, an order placed after 11am (CST) are not always processed the same day unless noted in the comments section that you would like UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.

To prevent a delay with your order, please ensure the shipping address and billing address are listed correctly and are listed with your credit card company for credit verification.

Please understand that once an order has left our building, the shipping method can not be changed.  Any orders that are lost or not delivered are the responsibility of the delivery carrier.  For any lost or damaged orders, you need to file a claim with the carrier.  No action will be done on our part until the carrier has made a decision as to how to handle each situtation.

What is the shipping cost and delivery time for the continental United States?

In order to keep costs down, the US Postal Service (USPS) is our shipping carrier of choice within the United States.  However some orders may be shipped UPS (we do not use Fed Ex or DHL) in order to keep costs down.  Delivery time within the United States is usually 1-5 business days depending on your location.

The shipping charges for orders within the United States (which includes Hawaii and Alaska), Puerto Rico, and Canada are listed below:

Orders shipped to areas outside the 48 lower states of the United States will be shipping US Postal Service (USPS).

What is the shipping cost and delivery time for APO/FPO addresses?

US Postal Service (USPS) is the only delivery method.  Because of the hard work and dedication you do for this country, your shipping is free on orders over $75.  We can not guarantee delivery times as it depends on the military to delivery promptly.  Please order early and allow 2-3 weeks for delivery because of the high security measures in place by the military.  We can only guarantee delivery to the military and are not responsible for packages lost by the military's postal service.

What is the shipping costs and delivery time for international orders?

Below is the "estimated" delivery charge for international orders shipping first class mail.  Please note you will receive an e-mail with your shipping options.  Your order will remain on hold until your shipping option has been selected and approved.

US Postal Service (USPS) is our shipping carrier of choice for all international orders, however some orders may be shipped UPS due a shipping cost at a lower rate.  International orders (other than Canada) do not qualify for free shipping as indicated under the terms of the free shipping offer on our homepage. You will receive an e-mail with your shipping options in 1-2 business days. 

For orders shipping to Canada, your order may not have a tracking number.  Orders that have this option are shipped US Postal Service First Class Mail.  If you would like your order to include a tracking number, do not select the free shipping option as an addiotional charge will be applied to your order to have this service added.

The estimated shipping time for international orders is 2-6 weeks.  This time may be longer due to circumstances out of our control.  Please note orders shipping to international destinations will go through a customs process which may slow the delivery of your order.  We have no control over this process.  We recommend that you contact your local customs office for rules and regulations and estimated time frame this process takes.  

***Customs and Import duties/taxes are charged to the customer and are not included in your shipping charges.  These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and All American Swim Supply is not responsible for these charges.***  

Depending on the delivery method you have selected, your package may not be trackable or include a tracking number.  (This method is first class mail).  If a package is shipped this method, All American Swim Supply is not responsible if this package is lost. Insurance can be purchased for your order.  Please indicate in the comments section that you would like insurance and we will e-mail you back your quote. 

Due to certain licensing restrictions, All American Swim Supply may not be able to ship certain products outside of North America.
