Delivery Times
As long as product is in stock, the product will ship within 24-48 hours during a normal business week (Monday thru Friday). Holiday weeks may take longer. Packages shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail if it is 13 oz or under and ship either US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground over 13 oz and usually ship within 1 to 10 business days of the order date. Some items may take longer due to industy needs. For information on your order, log in anytime to check the status of your orders. Business days are Monday thru Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Packages are not delivered Saturday by UPS unless paid for by the customer. Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not classified as normal shipping days.
Special Shipping Situations
Military Personnel can have their orders shipped to APO and FPO locations by choosing USA – APO or FPO as the shipping method. Additional shipping costs may be added.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, these orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders must call or e-mail for shipping rates prior to order being placed otherwise your shipping rate will be adjusted on your invoice. We will find the cheapest and quickest rate to ship your product. The shipping rates are based on the 48 Continental States only!
International shipping rates vary.
Orders shipped US Poastal Service are not trackable in many circumstances. Such packages may be insured, at the owner’s expense, but insurance covers damage and not loss of package. If the customer does not receive their purchase, All American Swim Supply is not responsible for replacement. If the customer wishes to purchase insurance, please indicate so in the comments field of the order. Insurance is $1.30 per $100. Please indicate the amount of insurance wished to be purchased.
Due to certain licensing restrictions, All American Swim Supply may not be able to ship products by companies such as Speedo outside of North America. Please check on the product page for any special shipping restrictions.
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for information regarding such fees. Customs, import duties, and local taxes (when applicable) are assessed when the package arrives in the recipient’s country. These fees are also the responsibility of the recipient.
Packages usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive unless you would like Express Mail. Rates start at $34 for this and go up based on weight.
